Safety Is Your Priority
A strong knowledge of how to safely operate fitness equipment and adapt exercises to clients' needs is essential. Trainers must prioritize safety in every session, ensuring clients can push themselves within a safe environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer service experience, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A broad knowledge of fitness exercises and their variations.
  • Sales experience, with the ability to close deals and manage client packages
  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments, orientations, personal training sessions, and stretching routines.
  • Build and maintain a client base according to MBF Fitness standards.
  • .2+ years of boxing or personal training (preferred) and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and safe use of equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every client.

Lead dynamic, boxing fitness classes designed to boost stamina, improve coordination, and burn fat. You'll start the classes of with a strength and conditioning workout followed by working on bag work & proper boxing techniques, focusing on form, footwork, and endurance while creating an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere.
